The perfect gift for yourself or a loved one, we are now pleased to offer a bespoke personalisation service exclusively for our handcrafted wooden cake stands. This includes our popular Scandinavian Collection and Signature Oak Collection.
Choose from three options:
- Text String - For example, a name and date that will be placed around the outer edge of your top plate. Choose your font from the available selection, let us know the details and we'll sort the rest! When selecting this option, we recommend choosing an accompanying cake stand that is 1-2 inches bigger than you require for your cake to ensure the writing is still visible when your cake is in place.
- Small Artwork/Logo - A small piece of artwork or logo which can be placed on the top plate or on the base/underneath of your stand. For example, if you wish to brand the bottom of your cake stand so venues know the stand belongs to you.
- Large Artwork/Logo - A large piece of artwork or logo which can be placed across the entire top plate.

Care Instructions
When caring for and cleaning your products, please use warm soapy water and wipe clean only. Abrasive cloths and detergents should not be used. This item is not suitable for the dishwasher and should not be submerged in water.
Although the highest amount of care has been taken to ensure each product is food-safe and ready for you to use, please wash before first use.

Delivery methods
We have a growing catalogue of ready to send products running parallel to our handmade bespoke service. All products ready to send are despatched next working day via your chosen delivery method. Handmade products have a make time guideline on each listing but generally are ready to despatch within 3-5 days - they will be sent via your chosen delivery service once made. For rush orders or special requirements, please contact us.
UK Delivery
Within the UK, deliveries will usually take place between 8am and 6pm and all our delivery methods our fully tracked. We offer free UK standard delivery (3-4 days) on orders over £50*. For orders under £50, a £4.95 P&P charge will be applied at checkout. UK orders over £100 benefit from free express delivery (1-2 days).
International Delivery
We ship globally with the majority of orders being despatched via our expedited service with DHL Express. Orders to the US and Canada can arrive in as little as 2-3 business days, while other international locations take on average 3-5 business days. Please note, delivery times vary depending on your address and are for guidance only.
Returns Policy
We offer the right to return within 14 days of purchase.
You must contact us within 14 days and we must receive your return within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note - return orders may be subject to a £2.00 restock and admin fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
